Microbiome Insights Sample Report:
Short-Chain Fatty Acid Analysis
When you request an analysis of short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) from Microbiome Insights, our lab team generates a report that helps you see important facets of your data at a glance. We transfer the raw data to you, and we also provide a customized report that quickly enables you to see the information on SCFAs for each sample (and across samples).
Depending on your needs and the metadata you provide us with, our reports can show:
- Quality metrics of the sequencing run
- Bar plots and ordinations of the SCFAs in each sample
- Breakdown of groups: control versus treatment
Your data is stored on Microbiome Insights’ own secured servers (on-site in British Columbia, Canada) and securely transferred to you via our Nextcloud platform. Reports are delivered as html files.
Complete the form below to receive a sample of one of our reports. The sample report shows both a short-chain fatty acid analysis and a calprotectin analysis, but these will be separated if you opt for only one of the services.
